Your employer adds you
On the store’s POS, your employer turns on MniaPOS Hub for you, and we email you to confirm it is you.

Download MniaPOS Hub from the App Store or Google Play.
Sign in
Enter your work email and the code we send, then sign in with your business.
How do I start?
Your employer turns on MniaPOS Hub for you on the store's POS, and we email you to confirm it is you: answer Yes, that is me. Then open the app, enter your work email and the code we email you, choose your business and sign in with your business login.
I did not get the code.
Check your spam or junk folder, and that you typed the email your employer has for you. A code comes only once you have confirmed your business from our email (Yes, that is me). You can ask for a new code: only the newest one works. If it still does not arrive, ask your employer to check your email in the POS.
It says I am signed in on another phone.
Staff use MniaPOS Hub on one phone, and owners on two. Sign out on the other phone (ME, Sign out), or ask your manager to sign it out from the business system.
I cannot clock in from my phone.
Clocking in from the phone works only at the store. Turn on Location, allow MniaPOS Hub to use it, and try again inside the store. If the store's place is not set, the owner sets it in ME while standing in the store.
My pay or tips look wrong.
The app shows the same figures as the store's POS, and what your owner chose to show staff. Ask your manager to check the ticket or the pay period.
How do I lock the app?
In ME, turn on Lock MniaPOS Hub. The app then asks for Face ID, your fingerprint or your phone's passcode when you open it.
I lost my phone.
Ask your manager to sign the phone out from the business system, then sign in on your new phone.
How do I delete my information?
Signing out removes everything the app keeps on the phone. For your records at work, ask your employer. To delete what we keep, contact us below.
